Where is the AND Conference held?

What is your cancellation policy?

There are no refunds available for the AND Conference. If you contact us prior to the conference, your registration can be transferred to another person from the same organization for the current conference with no penalty. For more information: info@wiredchurches.com

My group signed up already. Can we add another person at the same rate?

Groups must register together in order to receive group rates. If any additional people would like to attend, they will only qualify for the current pricing associated with the new registration.

Is childcare available?

Sorry. WiredChurches.com events are adult learning environments only. We will not be able to accommodate any children so you will need to make other arrangements. Children will not be allowed at any event and childcare cannot take place on campus.

What do you do with pictures and videos taken during the AND Conference?

WiredChurches.com uses photos and video taken from events for print, Web and video resources. Your registration constitutes permission given to WiredChurches.com for these purposes.

What is the dress code?

Dress for WiredChurches.com events is casual. As the date for your event nears, you might want to check weather.com (using zip code 46530) for the weather outlook.

Is lunch provided?

There is one lunch break during each day in which guests will be responsible for their own food and beverages. A local restaurant map will be included with your conference materials. The lunch break will be an hour and a half long, giving you and your team enough time to go off campus to a local restaurant.

Are there snack breaks?

Two refreshment breaks will be provided throughout each day. Snack food and beverages will be provided for you during these breaks.

Our Connection Cafe will be open in the morning for those of you who need a little pick-me-up before the day begins. We have a variety of coffee and non-coffee drinks as well as cafe style snacks. Please note that there is a cost associated with these items and the Cafe usually closes a few minutes before the start of the conference to allow guests enough time to get to their seats.

I have special dietary needs…will you have snacks for me?

We provide a variety of snacks for all types of diets. But if anyone in your party has special dietary needs, please email registration@wiredchurches.com with the name and the specific needs of that individual and we will let you know what options are available.

Will I be “connected” at the conference?

I’d like a tour of the facility – is that possible?

We offer two guided facility tours throughout the day. The sign-up booth is located in the skylight area next to the Atrium. Please see any volunteer for directional assistance. Tours are offered at 8:25 a.m. and 4:30 p.m.
